KATE CHAPMAN, Voice/Musical Theatre

Kate Chapman is a long-time Broadway veteran and teacher. Most recently, she was seen on Broadway in the company of “Mary Poppins” as either Mrs. Corry, Bird Woman, Miss Andrew, Miss Lark, or Katie Nanna, depending upon which performance you happened to catch. Other Broadway credits include: Les Miserables (2007 revival), The Pajama Game (2006 Revival with Harry Connick Jr.), Sweet Smell of Success (starring John Lithgow) and Saturday Night Fever. Off-Broadway Kate has appeared in the 2000 revival of Godspell and as Mrs. Claus for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Her teaching credentials include three years as a voice and performance teacher at the Hartt School of Music, a year teaching in the public school system and a degree, with honors, in Music Education from Boston University.

PENNY FULLER, Musical Theatre

Penny Fuller has just appeared in Horton Foote’s DIVIDING THE ESTATE for Primary stages where last year she starred in SOUTHERN COMFORTS. Her Broadway career began with BAREFOOT IN THE PARK, CABARET, REX, and APPLAUSE (Tony nomination). After many years in California performing in dozens of plays, being a founding member of two theatre companies, appearing in numerous TV shows, garnering 6 Emmy nominations and winning for THE ELEPHANT MAN, she returned to New York in 1995 to do two plays at the Manhattan Theatre Club; Lincoln Center then chose her for A NEW BRAIN. In 2001 she received a Tony nomination for Neil Simon’s THE DINNER PARTY. For the past three years she has been teacher and associate artist at the O’Neill Cabaret Convention where she developed her own cabaret shows (directed by Barry Kleinbort) which have been seen in New York at Birdland and the Metropolitan Room.
